Kokomo, Indiana’s Parker Price-Miller—better known as “PPM” or “The Law Firm”—has been a force in winged-sprint cars since bursting onto the national scene as a teenager. A World of Outlaws winner at just 17 and the 2016 All Star Circuit of Champions Rookie of the Year, he has since racked up victories with the Outlaws, All Stars, and High Limit Racing while earning a reputation for relentless cushion-riding and ice-cold restarts.
After publicly beating Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 2023, Price-Miller returned to full-time competition with extra resolve, notching multiple High Limit podiums and a late-season World of Outlaws win at I-55 Raceway. The 2025 campaign finds him steering the family-owned No. 9 across a blended schedule of High Limit, select Outlaws shows, and Midwest marquee events. Early-season highlights already include a flag-to-flag win in the High Limit opener at Wayne County and a top-five run in the Eldora Million prelim, keeping PPM squarely in the High Limit title hunt.
Away from the cockpit, Price-Miller serves as a vocal advocate for cancer awareness and routinely leverages his large social-media following to spotlight grassroots racing. Backed by High Performance Lubricants and a tight-knit family crew, he remains laser-focused on adding more national trophies to an already remarkable comeback story.
